pro block transfer
A smooth transfer that includes a blocking layer to prevent the textile colour from showing through. A white background is always printed to achieve high opacity and brilliance of all colours. This prevents excess ink from bleeding out of the textile fabric and being drawn into the transfer print.

A smooth transfer that is well suited for light coloured textiles or 100% cotton. It offers high elasticity with a soft handle.

Digital transfer can be used to transfer photos onto textiles.
It offers a stretchable and hard-wearing surface, good coverage and a soft feel. The motifs are printed on a white background and reinforced with a blocker, so they can also be used on dark textiles without risking sublimation.

Flock has a soft feel. The basic material is flock sheets in a size of 35 x 50 cm, which are backprinted with adhesive using screen printing.
The sheets consist of a flock fibre pile with a fibre length of 0.5 mm.

- Details are possible from 0.6 mm
- Only available in 13 of the 20 flock colours

SEF VelCut EVO Flock
Flock has a soft feel.
The basic material is long webs on rolls of 50 cm width, which are processed using a cutting plotter.
The webs consist of a flock fibre pile with a fibre length of 0.5 mm.

- Some of the colours available are for larger quantities
- Details only possible with a minimum thickness of 1 mm
- Only available in 20 colours and 4 neon colours
Poly-Tape Poli-Flex Nylon
Flex films for difficult surfaces are equipped with a special and thin adhesive.
Especially suitable for windbreakers, sports bags, umbrellas and leather. However, the durability must be
be tested individually, as every fabric is impregnated differently.
- Can be processed like Poli-Flex Premium by a plotter.
- Must be briefly pre-printed and longer post-printed
- Have no blocker (can lead to colour deviations) colour deviations)
- If the textiles are subjected to frequent washing cycles washing cycles, this film is rather unsuitable
Poly-Tape Poli-Flex Premium
Has a smooth, usually matt, surface and is processed using a cutting plotter. However, it can also have a variety of properties such as reflective, glittering, luminescent, elastic, highly washable, transparent, glossy, structured, metallic, neon or 3D effects and much more. No overpressing is possible with metallic and neon colours.

Flex carbon
A transfer film with a fashionable design and unique surface finish. The ecologically polyurethane film (synthetic materials/resins) has excellent resistance to washing and cleaning and a pleasant feel.

Mimaki digitaltransfer
Pre-produced white areas with blocker, which are printed on the surface with a digital printing machine and subsequently plotted out with a cutting plotter.
Image files and details are possible in print here, but the material is rather unsuitable for fine details for cutting, which is why a white or coloured surface must usually be deposited here.

sublimation
Sublimation is a process that uses special ink. During the pressing process, the ink is transformed into a gas by means of heat, which adheres to the fibres of the textile.
This prevents the motifs from tearing or fading. On coloured or dark backgrounds, the colours may be distorted.
Optimal colour results are achieved on light fabrics.
